Abstract
Traditional processes are still employed in the now-operational soap drying process factory. Temperature monitoring is done separately from other operations, and valve operation is done manually rather than connected to the primary controller. The operators are in charge of all monitoring and synchronization between temperature and valve opening action, which they do manually based on their knowledge. In order to offer good work that is both trustworthy and consistent, dependable process control is required. One method of process control is fuzzy logic control.
