Abstract

This paper proposes an architecture of autonomous-collaborative resource
management system for mobile cloud environment. The architecture takes into consideration
the energy usage, and Quality of Services. The proposed autonomous systems are based on
neurogenetic computation engine as well as memory prediction framework. A brief analysis of
the proposed system prospectus is provided.
