PERSEPSI SISWA TERHADAP PESAN WHATSAPP YANG LAMA DIBALAS (STUDENT’S PERCEPTION TOWARDS A LATE REPLY WHATSAPP MESSAGE )

Abstract

Current technological developments bring many changes to various groups in society. Of course in this modern age, technological developments that occur have made a number of people unconsciously affected in their use. An example is the use of social media among students. Social media that students often use one of them is the WhatsApp application. This application can certainly be used as a communication medium and can send messages instantly to the recipient of the message. Although messages sent instantaneously do not mean that the recipient will reply to messages sent instantly. From this, we conducted a study that aimed to find out the perceptions of students where the old message was answered by the recipient. We conduct data collection through questionnaires filled out by respondents. The results we divided the response into three groups. Positive that we mean is the response of someone who can accept the old reason someone is replying to a message while the negative that we mean is the response of someone who does not accept any of the reasons for the person who replies to the message for a long time and seems unwilling to know. Neutral is a response where someone feels normal or tries to accept even if they seem torefus
