Abstract

Cat is one of the pets that is mostly found in Yogyakarta. With this condition, we are
often making contact with them. Cat is an adorable pet, no wonder that many people
especially students in Yogyakarta love it and make a contact with them. With the moods of
tenageer that is easily change, we would like to know whether cats can influence the moods
of most teenager.
The purpose of this research was to know whether there is a relation between cat
and mood, why cat can influence the mood, and whether cat can influence the mood. The
method that were used was questionnaire that distributed online that then were analyzed using
a graphic and simple percentage.
The result of this research shows that cat can influence the mood of teenager in
Yogyakarta. This research was expected to change the stigma of the society that think if cat
as only a pet, because in fact, cat can also improve people’s mood
