Abstract

Educational institutions are a place or place for students to find identity. Every child
has the same right to receive education wherever they are, starting from the level of
Elementary School, Middle School and High School. In the course of the learning process, of
course there are still many obstacles that we often find, namely student delinquency in the
form of minor or severe violations. Anticipating early on for students who commit violations
by not obeying school rules is the right and good step. But handling the problem of student
violations in an disciplinary form requires several methods.
In the MA Darul Ulum Pacarkeling institution, it was seen that there were violations
of students starting to be late in class for more than 20 minutes, carrying cellphones, not
participating in madrasah activities or other violations. In the case of delays of more than 20
minutes students recorded from 2017 to October 2018 are 562 times, carrying HP 74 times,
not participating in activities 34 times and other violations 67. The most dominant level of
violation is a 79% delay while the other violations are still below 10%. Seeing the case with
a short span of time, the research team tried to find an approach in handling the case, namely
using Blimbing Wuluh. The application of this method collaborates with various kinds of
schools including teachers, homerooms, BK and students.
The application of the concept of handling student violation cases with Blimbim Wuluh
is a method for students to deter and not repeat again. From the survey results, various
records were obtained, namely for violation of the entry into class 302 times, playing cell
phone 16 times, not doing school activities 15 times while others doing 35 times. So as a whole
if it is observed from the grand total before it takes into account the guiding method of 737 to
368 or by 50%. Factors that cause the occurrence of disciplinary action can be seen from the
133questionnaire observation data, namely (1) feeling lazy at 3.6%, (2) vehicles by 25%, (3)
families at 10.7%, (4) the school is boring by 60.7% and (5) others by 0%.
